We custom roast organic coffee by hand over wood fire. Fresher is ALWAYS better so if you want the freshest custom wood-fired coffee roast please contact us to put in an order. We will custom roast your order within a day or 2 of your order and ship it the next day so by the time you get your coffee it will only have have been a couple days since it was roasted. We have a variety of single origins available and also can provide blends. We can also roast to your preference as far as light roast, medium roast, dark roast, French roast or espresso.
